Filled with nice and respectful workers. The sushi is amazing! The quality and quantity is perfectly matched up with the price. My favorite sushi place on island by far.
My new favorite sushi place; Best sushi for your buck on Oahu. Staff is friendly and attentive, both toward customers and between staff, creating a pleasant atmosphere. Portions are biggest I’ve seen, esp da poke bowls. Scallop mayo & salmon onion are my favorites (scallops are boiled for safety). Sign in at the door; Worth the wait. Update as of Feb 15: 4 weekly visits and aeach time was awesome. Worth the wait. Can’t wait for next week!
Very fresh tuna and salmon. Best Don (aka Poke) I’ve ever had. Reach menu and good prices. Interior is relatively simple. Our favorite Sushi-restaurant on whole Oahu.
Very good sushi. Moderate prices. This place is super popular so there is always a wait. We stood outside for about 40 minutes for a table for 4. Overall good food, but I probably won’t wait again.
Great food, good service. Had good timing so did not have to wait very long to be seated
The prepared sushi variety were awesome, and bigger slices/portions, too. I like that the dishes were served to you, personally by the chefs. It was interesting to find that the rice for the nigiri was prepared by a machine, and the chefs did their magic, thereafter. The wait help was great and pleasant and they hardly left your water/tea cups empty. Why not 5 stars, because the wait can be 15 - 45 minutes, depending on the day and time. Our first time experience was great!
I was surprised by how affordable their poke bowls are. And it was delicious. We went at a pretty busy time, so we waited for a bit to get our food, but it was worth the wait.
1 hour wait to be seated on a Wednesday afternoon. Sushi quality was passable for the price. They offer good size poke bowls w warm sushi rice. 5 of us ate our fill and cost around $80 plus tip. Cheap! Great friendly service.
Place is good! Do take out cause you get your food faster but if you wanna sit in then bring your patience since you will need it
We were with our party of five on a Thursday at 5:30 pm. and we got a big booth. We waited 5 minutes. The sushi was fresh and the selection was vast. I would try the dynamite roll and dragon roll. It’s not like Trapper’s Sushi if you’re from the Seattle area, but as close as you will get on the West side of Oahu. They do not serve sake or any liquor, but we were told you could bring your own. The plates range from $1.95-$11 approx. The colored plates are tallied at the end and added. I say it’s a good value for fresh sushi. The restaurant could be cleaner. There’s a lot of clutter and boxes visible near the kitchen. I couldn’t guarantee I would visit again, though.
Best sushi on island. Place is tiny, so there's always a wait, but always worth it. Thankfully, they do takeout. Grilled himachi is a must order! The shopping center is super busy.
One of the better kaiten sushi places in the island. Nice big pieces of fish. A little pricey but worth it.
I'm going to give this place 5 stars because it's cheap and the food is good. Good luck with the wait though. Very, I mean very popular place to eat for people all over... This place is always busy, from open to close. It's not the best sushi but for the price and the amount it's great. I also love the Chicken Karaage!!!
Great tasting fresh food, very generous portions at a very reasonable price. Very popular place but if go during peak times you have to be patient and wait. It is all worth the wait if you have a 🣠craving.
This is my favorite sushi restaurant. It's always busy, and the staff is very efficient. All of their fish is fresh and the sushi is great quality. Unfortunately, I do not think they take reservations, but it's definitely worth the wait.
Expect a wait to be seated if you have more than 2 people. Nice selection and cool atmosphere. You can either can order from your server or take off the conveyer. Many people opt to order from the server so the same things on the conveyer keep going around.
Very good prices and pay by the plate color which is fun. If the sushi you want isnt on the go around track you can just order it so it's pretty simple to get what you want and there is a pretty large selection.
Pretty darn good sushi, pretty darn good chalet service. Conveyor belt sushi is a really neat idea! The wait can be long, only downside we experienced on our visit.
Good size sushi Portions. When there's a wait at a restaurant, you know it's a good place.
Really fresh and reasonably priced. Their mixed mini Don was fantastic. Spicy salmon and spicy tuna- simply awesome. Very friendly waitstaff. Worth a second visit even for tourists.
This place is popular so there's always a wait, but well worth the wait. Portions are good and price is very reasonable. Once you get seated, the service is fast. Fried foods take longer, so best to order that first. If you don't want to wait, there's also take out.
Best service and huge portions in Oahu. Great staff and food is Da Bomb!
Very fresh, delicious, and good price.
Sushi tasted so fresh and the servers were very helpful
I can eat at this place every day! That's how good it is! Long waiting time, so definitely recommend to order take out.
Excellent service and food value. Come early though and expect a wait
Always full and satisfied coming out of this place... exceptional service can be touch and go sometimes, but the food really makes up for it. Food portions are big and quality has been excellent all the times I have been there
Easily the best sushi I've had so far on the west side. Fast service, large portions and friendly staff make this a frequent stop for me.
Always busy so it's good when the wait is under 20 minutes during the lunch rush (and well worth the wait). Nice thick sushi slices. Recommend the mini mixed poke/spicy ahi or the larger bowl if you are really hungry. I always get a fresh order of pumpkin tempura too Hot, crispy, and with a drizzle of sweetness. If you get one of the seats where you can watch the sushi being made, it's great entertainment while you wait with non-stop action.
